The issue affecting our AI Chatbot service has been resolved.

Issue Summary: An upstream protocol change caused a compatibility issue with our chatbot tools, preventing responses from being generated.

Resolution: We deployed a compatibility fix and successfully restored the service. The AI Chatbot is now operating normally.

Root Cause: A third-party library update caused a display issue in the platform's UI.

Resolution: The issue has been fixed. This was a visual issue only and did not affect platform functionality or data.

Between approximately 12:57 and 13:52 (GMT+3) our platform experienced delays in processing incoming events and an elevated rate of API call failures.

During this window, events that were successfully sent to Solitics were received and retained, but processed with a delay of up to ~50 minutes at peak — as a result, triggered promotions, journeys, and real-time messages may have been sent later than expected.

All delayed events have been handled, and the Events page in the dashboard is updating as expected.
