Delay in scheduled journey after 'wait' trigger

Our team has identified a delay on the scheduled journey after 'wait' trigger.
The delay of 1 hour
Our team is working on the fix.
We will provide another update within an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
Update - The issue was resolved at 19:30 IL time.
API and Dashboard was not available

Our team identified on 28/03/2024 at 20:30 IL time that the API is not receiving data and users can not login to Solitics Dashboard.
The issue was resolved at 21:00 IL time and the system is working as expected.
Delay in system performance for all promotions/journeys

Our team has found that on Wednesday 20.03.2024 our automatic process of scale-up in the system was not working properly due to a Mongo bug.
After the scale-up was recovered, messages started to be sent.
Delay in communication messages

Our team identified a delay in communication messages for all promotions and journeys.
The current effect of it is a delay of 1-2 hours in sending messages to members.
Our tech team has promptly recognized the issue is now resolved.
We are adding more monitoring and working on improving our infrastructure.
